Terms and Conditions

Last updated August 11, 2026

Using NayPal

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding agreement. You are responsible for information entered into your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure.

Financial information, not financial advice

NayPal is an organizational and educational tool. It does not provide investment, tax, accounting, credit or legal advice, and it does not initiate bank transfers. Calculations and insights may contain errors; verify important decisions independently.

Subscriptions and Merchant of Record

Paid NayPal plans are sold by Paddle.com, which acts as the reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment processing, applicable sales taxes, invoices, refunds and chargebacks. The price and renewal period are shown before checkout.

Renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected interval until cancelled. You can update payment details or cancel from NayPal’s billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, abuse AI or support features, upload malicious content, or use NayPal for unlawful activity.

Availability and liability

We work to keep NayPal accurate and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to amounts you paid for NayPal during the twelve months before the claim.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the product evolves and will post the new effective date here. Contact us through the in-app support launcher with questions.
