Our commitment

NayPal is built to help you understand your finances without turning your financial life into an advertising product. We collect only the information needed to provide, secure and improve the service.

Information we process

We process your Google account identity, profile preferences, accounts you create, transaction records, budgets, recurring items, goals, uploaded statements and support conversations. We also collect cookieless product analytics such as page views and feature events.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate you, provide financial tracking features, calculate summaries, deliver smart insights you request, process subscriptions, answer support requests, prevent abuse and improve product reliability.

Infrastructure and processors

Application data, authentication, storage, analytics and support are provided through Result Backend. Paid plans are processed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record. Google provides the sign-in identity flow.

Data controls

You can edit or remove financial records inside NayPal and export transactions from Settings. Contact support through the in-app launcher to request account deletion or a complete data export.

Security and retention

Financial rows are protected by owner-level access policies. Private files require authenticated, expiring access. We retain data while your account is active and as needed for legal, fraud-prevention and billing obligations.
